Enterprise just always seems more "together" in their operations. Never have an issue for long wait.Cons:
Kayak still has some for the locations close for COVID taking reservations. Had to change pick-up. No big deal, Enterprised called and alerted me before hand.1,9 Poor

Cons:
They directed me a car dealership in Anaheim which was the place that Enterprise Rent a Car has been shut down a year ago. The phone number provided wasn’t working so I called the headquarter office of Enterprise and they said, there is no office at the place after visiting the address on the rental confirmation. I needed a van so bad for family trip to SD we ended up driving 2 our own cars instead.Avis

Pros:
That the inside of the car was clean and there was a full tank.Cons:
When you book a car online they have the car you booked not make you take a $2 a day upgrade when it was there fault for not having the car in the first place. Also they need to train there employees to take better care of the customers and not let them stand in the lobby waiting to be checked out while they wait check everyone else out. And they could have washed the car saying it rained the day before is no excuse to give me a dirty on the outside car.10,0 Wonderful
