Staff was great, Pickup was flawless. Vehicle was perfectIt would have been nice if the branch we used was open later so we could physically hand the rental back in. We had to drop it off and leave keys in a drop box. Minor issue, though.

The car was comfortable and easy to driveBooked the car online, but when I arrived to pick my car up, the staff said there were no cars available. Had to wait over an hour for a car. The car also reeked of cigarette smoke. Vincent was friendly, but the rest of the staff was unfriendly and clearly didn’t care about the customers. Would not book at this location again.

Winchester Rd location did not allow you to park your personal vehicle in their lot, which I was never told prior to arrival....but other than that, very good experience

Arrived to pick up the car and they “are out of cars”. Had reservation for over 10 days. No one tried to notify me that the car was unavailable. I was not offered an alternative and was not given any apology! Was simply told it’s the “virus” and there’s nothing they could do. I was 3rd in line for pickup that day and the people in front of me did not get rentals that day either. I will NEVER use Enterprise again!

They cancelled the RESERVATION a week before arrival. Never mind I made the RESERVATION about 2 months in advance. If they don’t know what a RESERVATION is, perhaps they should stop taking RESERVATIONS.

Van was almost new and in great shape. Easy pick up experience and quick drop offPut some sort of sign visible from street at San Diego drop off. Took me quite some time to find the office, unlike in Lexington.

Staff was rude and not helpful. The original car I was given had a technical issue in which the wheel was shaking when the car approached 55 miles per hour. The only thing the front desk person kept saying to me was bring it back or call another location versus finding a car a different location.Hire better customer service oriented individuals.

Good Rental.Car performed well. Pick up and drop off seamless. I all worked out very good overall.Car was not totally clean. The worst part was a film on the INSIDE of the windshield with lots of glare. It took some work and some product to get it off. This Hertz location leaves a little to be desired. VERY little parking out front for pick up and drop off. Now that I know some tricks, it will be better in the future. It would help if they had additional parking marked.

I could reserve online but when went to the site, they didn't have car for me. They blamed priceline for taking reservation and they showed no sympathy or ex[pressed any regrets on my inconvenience. The avis front desk person suggested me to call 800 number and ask a different pick up location, I did and they directed me to a different location. Same problem, no car in the second pick up location (Lexington airport) as well. At the end, avis at airport gave me a 12 seater an (I had reserved a small 5-seater) which I drove all the way to Indianapolis. So pthetic. No consideration of my hassle. No discount. No professionalism. Will never trust Avis again.

Terrible service gave away my car 15 minutes after the reservation time and left me with no other options - Avis oversold the car allotment by 35 cars leaving myself and dozens of others who made reservations without a car option. Never using again

Leslie was very helpful and pleasant.The rental location was difficult to get into and our of, there was no wayfinding--no clearly designated area for parking, or returning the vehicle. It took an extremely long time to get the car--the car wasn't ready when we arrived, despite our reservation being made at least a month in advance.

Avis was great. Car was greatThe kayak deal didn't work. Tried to get a cheaper car cause kayak listed a shuttle to a different location that didn't exist. Costed more than planned.
