This was the easiest and quickest pick up I’ve ever experienced. Craig Eubanks made sure I understood what I was signing when picking up the rental and ensured I was comfortable with the vehicle offered. When returning, Craig made sure the experience was great and offered to make the experience better if it was not what I expected. Great customer service. I will return again.

I'm actually thinking of buying the Nissan Rogue Sport 2020. The car was so much fun to drive. Also, we rented the car from Hertz as manager's choice. I will always do that from now on. We got a fantastic car, way more fancy than if we had specified a type of car. The staff was amazing. The only thing was that Enterprise will pick you up and drop you off and Hertz does not.

Cons:

The branch manger, Alex was very rude. The car was full of pet fur and he didn’t want to vacuum the car. He instead said upgrade or leave. We planned a trip to Times Square and was unable to get a one-way rental elsewhere. I will not use this car rental agency again!

Pros:

On line it said I was renting a Ford Focus or a car comparable. It was the size of a smart car. It was in my opinion a sub compact car not a compact.

Cons:

Don’t advertise similar to a larger car when it isn’t true. Will never go back to Hertz. I work in the airline industry and will not recommend them.

I returned the van early because the van was very large and felt uncomfortable to drive. I called the rental company several times to inquire about the size of the van because I did not want a huge van. I received a 3/4 ton truck which I was afraid was the type of truck I would receive. I had no issues returning the truck and I just paid for the time I used. Warning!! Beware their are several possible increases in price when you pick up the vehicle that affects the overall price. One must pay additional charges if a second person drives the vehicle and additional insurance boasts the price.
