Worst car rental experience in my entire life! I've rented a car several times, with different companies and different cities and countries, but this was without a doubt the worst one. I arrived at the location and there was no car, the rude attendant informed me that there was nothing to do as it was just a commercial outlet in partnership with Hertz and told me to go to Hertz in the neighboring city. I had gone by Uber, my Uber had to wait for me and account for an additional waiting fee and then another additional fee for going to another address with me. I arrived in the other city with 5 minutes left before closing, also poor service as the attendant wanted to leave and barely wanted to pay attention. First she asked if I wanted a gas or electric car and I informed her that I preferred gas, at the end of the whole process she wanted to charge me 150 dollars for something that I reserved for 74 dollars, I said I wouldn't pay and she started saying that that amount was of an electric car, that an electric car was bad because it took 4 hours to recharge and so on. I said I would get the electric one as I wouldn't pay extra and she refused to make the exchange and said she would give me a discount on the one that was already ready. In the end it cost 90 dollars and I ended up keeping the car because I saw there was no point in arguing. I got into the car and it didn't have a full tank, I took a photo of what it looked like. On the same day, I sent an email with a complaint requesting a refund and compensation for the extra amounts spent due to the company's incompetence. They didn't answer me and I ended up returning the car to Bridgeport so I wouldn't have to go back there. Now they're saying it's still open in the system and they can't locate the car. I took photos of it and sent an email on the day and time of return informing that I left the car there.
