The staff was super friendly, the price was right but the cleanliness of the interior could have been better. There were crumbs and pieces of food and a big area of stickiness around the seat divider and cup holders - probably just a spilled soda but still, in the time of covid you want the entire car to be clean.10,0 Excellent

The staff was super friendly, the price was right but the cleanliness of the interior could have been better. Eddie and Julian were so friendly and went above regular customer service. The price of the rental through Kayak was the best rate I’ve Ever had for renting a car. I would Definietely check Kayak for renting a car!2,0 Mediocre

The Hertz office is the size of a closet. The two employees who worked in the closet were just average with regard to customer service. The car had less than 1/2 tank of gas and the windows were dirty.Avis

Cons:
This was the worst, most stressful car rental experience that I've ever had. The guy was rude. I could not use a debit card for my transaction, it had to be a debit card. If that's the policy, fine. But he was forcing me into a credit check and would not let me call my husband to bring me my credit card. I had to abort and cancel my reservation and wall with all of my luggage down the road to enterprise where they let me use my debit2,0 Mediocre
