Yes, except it was difficult to find them. Drove around the parking lot of the hotel and didn't see their office. Finally went into the hotel lobby and was told where they were in the building.Cons:
The car I picked up had not been cleaned...it was filthy. I was told that if I could get it detailed for $20-30 that they would reimburse me for it. It just seemed unacceptable to give me a car that had not been cleaned since the last renter. Good thing I had sanitizing wipes with me that I used on all the surfaces I was using. Never have I rented a car that was filthy before.3,2 Poor
