Pros:
A friendly man answered the phone. There was nothing against Hertz, he reported not having cars in 3 weeks and was unsure how I was able to make a reservation at all.Cons:
Ensure that the retailers actually have cars! This was an emergency for my transitioning father and would have not been there if I had not checked for myself after making the reservation.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Staff at pick up was okay. He refused to attempt to use some of ny credit cards causing another passanger to use theirs and then charge more for me to be a driver. Drop off was confusing. The location is unmanned and the drop box is unmarked and honestly looks like a trash can. The price was ridiculously expensive for a very basic car for a mere 5 hours.Cons:

I was told that the car could not be returned after hours. When I arrived the next morning as scheduled, no one was there there was a self return process in place. I could have retuned the car the night before which would have saved me time and hassle.10,0 Wonderful
