Pros:
The Enterprise Team was not able to provide a car on the day of delivery due to them being busy and having no cars (just before Christmas). Since, I had flexibility, I was able to pick up the car a day late and return a day late. Received a loaded ford fusion, but received a call 4 days later as Enterprise had sold the car to bring it in. No big deal since I was close to the location. Received a Chevy Malibu. Pick up and drop off were easy. Overall a good experience.Cons:
Since I had the flexibility, nothing to complain. If I did not then have the flexibility, then the lack of car would have been problematic.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
I reserved a car and was given wrong pick up location. When you are flying into an airport and need a car, obviously expect the pickup location to be at airport not 30 miles away with no way to get there. you go to rent the car from airport location it is now more than double what you reserved it9,2 Wonderful

nice car. pick up and drop off fine.Cons:
my bill went from $188 to $435, but avis after several calls dropped it back down. my reservation was made at a location close to but not at the st louis airport. i picked up and dropped at the airport location and no one mention I was at the wrong location. kayak and avis both need to do a better job of making sure you know your reservation is at the airport or not.1,9 Poor

During the booking there was NO mention of the $200 security deposit. Because I was unprepared for this I was unable to even rent the car and missed my chance to both see my family and visit my grandfather's grave.10,0 Wonderful

Reserved a minivan a week ahead of time but they didn’t have one available when I came. I had to wait 35 minutes for an alternate car, which was dirty and did not have a full tank of gas.5,2 Fair

The car was not cleaned out completely. Found food in the car from previous renter. I was told I would receive a credit for returning the car a day early from the staff at Hertz, but when I received the final bill TWO weeks later...there was no credit. I called customer service and they told me I wouldn't get a credit. I wish Hertz would stand by what I was originally told, don't just tell me something and pass the blame on their staff. I also had to fill the tires up the entire time I had the car...because slow leaks. I understand that things happen, but stand by your word and accept responsibility do whats right. I will probably rent somewhere else in the future, unless things are made right.8,4 Very Good

Essentially a brand new Ford Escape with most of the gingerbread.Cons:
When we had to exchange the car in Colorado due to a flat tire, the workers had asked if we had the form acknowledging the cracked windshield. There had been no form filled out at pickup and nothing put in the system, so the workers had to call original pickup location to verify cracked windshield.Budget
