Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Picking up the vehicle and dropping off was no issues.
Cons: They did not have the vehicle I had reserved weeks in advance available and I had to downgrade without any real alternatives. Only to be given a car that had a bad vibration at highway speeds that gave my wife and I headaches from driving it.
