The women explaining the details while I looked at the car was a little rude especially when I pointed out marks on the vehicle and the fact that the back tire had extremely low tread versus the other three. Seemed like she wanted to add on too many "extras" onto the quoted price online.6,4 Okay

The local staff is great and the car was fine.Cons:
I have signed up twice for the Avis Wizard program. It never goes through. I have called and gotten help fixing whatever is wrong with me signing up for it and then it isn't fixed. The perplexed local shop keep is worried that I will take my business else where. He tries to get the home office to fix it then and there - but I don't have time - I am trying to get on the road for business. I have had the same issue with Budget Fast Break. I can't ever sign in and get the deals I should be getting. So I do end up renting from Enterprise and Hertz.8,0 Very Good

Pick up was good. We did have to wait for the staff member to clean the car but not to long.Cons:

The car was only filled halfway, which I didn’t notice until halfway down the road. I returned it filled completely. Also, someone must have smoked in the car at some point, and the stuff that was used to mask the smell was sickening.5,2 Fair

I purchased insurance from Budget. I was hit the second day and affer 5 days of trying to contact Budget I give up. The rear bumper has been hanging off the car for 5 days now and can't get anyone on the phone to help. Terrible customer service.Hertz

Jose Pena Clukie was excellent, he greeted me took care of my needs quickly and extended himself to ensure great service.Cons:
When I returned the car, the actual manager at that location was on the phone speaking to a potential customer and he spoke as if he owned Hertz, he seemed very egoic. He didn't acknowledge me and I just stood there. I had to thank him when we were finished he told me I was welcome.4,0 Mediocre
