Vehicle was clean, operated flawlessly, and was easy to drive. Driver's seat was comfortable. Since the vehicle was much larger than expected, there was more room for luggage & etc.Cons:
The pickup process was difficult and lengthy. I was surprised by the fact that the vehicle provided was not what had appeared on the webpage. But there was no alternative vehicle on the lot that was large enough so we were forced to take it. The drop-off time was pushed up to an earlier time for the convenience of the staff.4,4 Mediocre

Needed to rent a car for a week, but when I came to pick it up they didn't have anywhere that I could leave my vehicle and made no attempts to help me out by offering a ride somewhere to drop off my car or any other solution. Told me I was out of luck. Luckily there was an enterprise rent a car across the freeway that had vehicles and was able to help me out. Did not rent from this Avis location and will not in the future.10,0 Wonderful
