Pros:Staff was friendly, drop off was easy.Cons:Car was dirty and had to ask staff to clean windows, also had to stop at a car wash on my way to my destination. No drop off or pick up cost me $$$ extra to get home after drop off.Reviewed Dec 5 2020

Pros:Quick service upon pickup, quick walk around, great explanation of the process, decent price, clean on the insideCons:Upon return, I was asked about a smudge that was there before I drove the SUV. I was held for about 20 minutes during deliberation about whether or not the smudge was there. I wasn't charged because I didn't do it, of course.Reviewed Dec 27 2017

Will use againPros:Free upgrade, excellent price, fast service, no hard sell on insurance.Cons:The car did have a smell I did not care for, it was the result of using something to cover up previous smoking incident or something. The car wasn't as clean as I expected. The windows were fairly dirty. Parking at the rental site is very limited and hard to navigate when busy.Reviewed Jan 15 2017
