People carrier

We were not informed of $300 deposit or info for proof of residency needed before we picked up. Rep insured me it was relayed to us but clearly it was not. Had to use credit card instead of bank card which is only minor inconvenience. 2nd rep who showed vehicle was outstanding! 2nd rep also handled check in and did fantastic job. Overall experience was very good. Will rent from Enterprise again if need arises.

Pros:

Drop-off and pick up is easy. Car was good, nothing wrong with it.

Cons:

Car wasn't as clean as the first time I rented, which was back in January of this year (2021). Booked a Camry but somehow the staff told me that the make/model was not guaranteed, so I was given an Altima. The deposit got bumped up $100 for debit card users, did not know that. First time renting here was amazing, the second time is only half as good of an experience because the first time I got a personal touch form Enterprise by receiving text message from a customer staff asking if I had any questions regarding my rental, and that lady was super helpful answering all my concerns. I did not get any customer support text second time, so that was kind of sad.

Pros:

The staff, customer service person named Lauren who was extra helpful and timely answered all the questions pertaining to the rental and return process at Enterprise, which is amazing. Would definitely rent from Enterprise again if they keep having a person reaching out to rentees to check on things, very neat.

It was great.

Passenger van

I had the van rented for months and the day before supposed to pick up the van they called and said Ford was recalling all vans. They were not able to find another van or anything to compensate. When I would call the location in town or the one in St. Louis they acted like they didn’t care that it affected the vacation we had planned. They did not call to try and make it right. Went on vacation and saw the same type of van we had rented all over. They were not recalled. Since it was planned for months and had a good rate believe that lied to have it rented to someone else to pay more for it. Horrible customer service!!!!!!
