Car was brand new and very comfortable.Cons:
Enterprise did not replace the car when we noticed a crack on the Car's windshield. The Crack kept growing but they were adamant that it was very normal and did not need the car to be replaced for that.2,0 Poor

Nothing! This has happened 2 years in a row with this company! And we have used them for ALL of our rental car needs.. :(Cons:
We didn't get the van we reserved..this makes 2 years in a row..making our vacation a nightmare with a large family and a wheelchair.. so getting the van we reserved and called twice to confirm,and was told both times that we in fact we ours have what we requested.8,0 Very Good
