No car after confirming with office directly
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I made a last minute reservation and called office to confirm. The person who answered said it would ready at noon, but when I arrived, the same person I spoke with said there was no car available. I ended up going to Enterprise. A waste of my time. Why make a reservation and confirm, when there are no cars available? After I was informed that there are absolutely no cars, I checked Kayak again and it still showed a plethora of options.

Kia Soul and Rav4
Pros: The Rav4 was excellent easy pick up and drop off. Clean and great ride, and they threw in free sat radio. Kia soul lacked power and front driver seat is not comfortable. Get your own insurance and gas and Hertz is fine. Plus recommend AAA discount.
