the staff was very helpful and pleasant at both the pick up and drop off.Cons:
the car windows were not clean inside and just rinsing off the outside of the whole car was not enough. not a deal breaker because I cleaned the windows and I didnt really care about the dried water drops outside the car.2,0 Poor

I ordered a midsize car. When I got to the rental office in Riverhead no one was at the desk. I called and called the phone and finally reached the attendant. He said he was outside. 30 minutes later he FINALLY appeared. Advised he only had a compact car. I had 4 passengers with luggage and struggled to get all in the car plus putting all that luggage in the small trunk. He advised me there were no other cars available So disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of consideration for me the customer.9,2 Wonderful

Due to my spontaneous schedule, they were kind enough to allow me to keep the car for a short period past my return time, at no fee. I assume this was because it was not needed for another rental but non-the-less much appreciated.10,0 Wonderful
