I used a dealership far from the airport because they had a convertible available, which I had confirmed as reserved. I paid extra to Uber to the rental office after my flight landed, only to discover that they rented my car to someone else. I will never use this office again.6,0 Okay

The problem was kayak. I needed to pick up A car at Tampa international airport. My search was Tampa international airport drop off Fort Myers Airport and of course I look for the best price like anyone else. To find out it was off the airport a few miles I ended up paying extra because kayak is being very devious should be against the law. I will never use kayak again for flights cars or hotels apparently this has been a problem. Bye-bye Kayak9,6 Wonderful

The local agency was closed when we arrived and we were not able to pick up our car. The next day they did not honor the price that we had reserved the car for so we did not rent from them. Went to Enterprise instead and had a much better experience.2,0 Poor
