The problem was kayak. I needed to pick up A car at Tampa international airport. My search was Tampa international airport drop off Fort Myers Airport and of course I look for the best price like anyone else. To find out it was off the airport a few miles I ended up paying extra because kayak is being very devious should be against the law. I will never use kayak again for flights cars or hotels apparently this has been a problem. Bye-bye Kayak9,6 Wonderful

Avis does not accept the 3rd party insurance offered through booking sites. Ended up paying additional for more insurance because of being in unfamiliar area. This caused me to lose any savings I had using a booking site. I will always go direct from this point forward.10,0 Wonderful

The local agency was closed when we arrived and we were not able to pick up our car. The next day they did not honor the price that we had reserved the car for so we did not rent from them. Went to Enterprise instead and had a much better experience.2,0 Poor
