Cons:
There was no one at the desk and I had to wait for a while. The guy then asked me how much I was supposed to be charged and seemed very distracted. He also attached me to the wrong account, which caused a long delay when I tried to return the car in Manhattan.2,0 Poor

Enterprise employees are so nice and helpful! The rio grande store did not have ez passes (which is a real drag) but Josh told me that if I signed up for an ez pass on my phone I could go through the tolls and I would not get a fine.Hertz

The car was fine. It drove well, and there were no problems.. Ir was adequate I'd use them again.Cons:
There was no one at the car rental pickup when i got there. I had to call a number and no one answered. AS i was calling the 2nd number, a man showed up. There seemed to have been some trouble with my credit card. The man was patient and we got through it. I would have liked a reminder about the tolls and that I didn't have EZ pass.
