Enterprise Car Rentals was closed on Saturday. The hours were plainly noted on the door. We wasted half a day each driving to PHL to get the closest available car. Very dissatisfied.

Put in for the rental under the impression it was going to be as listed, only to be hit with a $300.00 add-on fee (they also did not have the car I rented or something similar). They assured me someone called me to update me about the extra security deposit, but going through my phone records says otherwise. I was never notified or even told before they even attempted to swipe my card had I not looked at the device they were using. Left with no car, was not looking to pay upwards of $400.00 plus dollars for a Ford, when I initially listed a BMW, sorry.

I arrived late... Went to the wrong enterprise place (my fault), and they just tell me they have no cars. No call, no nothing. Claimed they didn't have my phone number. Why would I ever use them again?

The purpose of writing to you is to express my dissatisfactions over the quality of service I received. First, the miscommunication over car insurance still has me baffled. I was told that if I did not supply the information showing that I had car insurance then I could only rent the smallest vehicle. I was not told that I could pay for insurance if necessary. After talking with a friend they told me that I could pay for coverage. I ended up calling back the next day because they were closed by the time I figured this out. I stated numerous times that I wanted the MINIMUM amount of car insurance coverage needed. I received an emailed receipt and it showed that I paid DW/CDW which states *OPTIONAL* $22.99/Day, for a total of $183.92. That's on top of the Supplemental Liability protection at $13/day for a total of $104. Together equaling $287.92. This is completely outrageous. I am insured through Geico. I wish I could say this was my only issue. I asked if a worker could follow me back to my home with the vehicle, which is only a five minute drive and that I would even drive them back to the store. I was told no one would be available that day. I had to resort to getting an Uber. I have rented cars many times and never ever had an issue. Every other place I have rented a car from for example Hertz and Budget, the vehicle has a full tank of gas and is in great condition. The Volkswagen I rented had less than a half a tank of gas when I picked it up and was not in the best of condition, with lots of dents and scratches. Whoever cleaned the inside of the vehicle left streak marks on the windshield. Which made it very difficult to see when the sun was setting. The registration was due and the Inspection light was going off on the dashboard. I called and was told that everything on the vehicle was up to date. If I was only driving locally this wouldn't have been much of a concern to me but I was traveling out of state on a seven hour drive. When I called to voice that I was not comfortable driving the seven hours back to Pennsylvania, I wad told that I could call or go to an Enterprise that was close to me to see if they had anything available. This is not my job or problem to search for a suitable vehicle. This should have been taken care of for me. No one was open, being that it was the 4th of July, the day I was planning on driving back. Now I end up paying for a nother day. I call an Enterprise the next day. They did not have a compact SUV available. I did not have the time or patience to call around for a nother vehicle as I am dealing will my ill Mother. I decided to take my chances with the Volkswagen because I needed to get back to work. I can not express how extremely dissatisfied I am with my experience with Enterprise.

The van was comfortable and had plenty of room for our luggage. It did not have an onboard navigation system and the Apple carplay only worked some of the time. It seemed to just stop even when the iphone had a connection and cell service.

Airport pick-up/return pricing via my Hertz Gold membership was exorbitant. Going through Kayak/Priceline saved $$, (had the luxury of local family member to get me to/from this remote Hertz location)
