I was sick, so I couldn't pick up the car. I sent them a mail, which they aknowledged, asking for a credit for the same car /duration for the week of October 18. I never got any reply.

Staff was nice but the car smelled like a dirty toilet. The brakes on the car were very bad. It made sense when the representative asked me if I planned on doing a lot of driving.Tell me about the car in it’s state and not let me drive off in that condition. I had a minor with me.

They called me the day of my rental and left me a message that they didnt have a car for me even though I had a reservation. Never made any effort to try and help me otherwise. I tried calling back numerous times and never got through. Ended up having to rent with a different rental agency who could accommodate me and at least acknowledge me.

I dropped the car off in Port Canaveral at 6pm on a Saturday. They closed at 4pm. There was not any clear instructions on what to do with hour keys etc....

I have no complaints about the car or service, everything went fine. What I don't like is that I couldn't change my car reservation until I canceled the original. When I rebooked to shorten my rental days it actually cost a lot more than it would have if I had just kept the original reservation. All I tried to do was drop a few days off the total, pick up day was the same! I feel cheated.

The drop off was easyThe car we had booked was not available to rent and the staff person seemed overwhelmed with the problem. She needs some training on how to communicate with Hertz national on what to do in this situation. I had to call the main 1 800 line myself to get help. It all worked out but was stressful

I waited over an hour for the car then had to wait for the car I was renting to get cleaned only took 5 mins to clean the car ... were in a pandemic so it would’ve been nice to see the car throughly cleaned

Was in and out in less than 20 minutesCar could have been cleaner and could have been the car I reserved. I reserved a full size car and was given a compact suv. I reserved a full size for a reason...I needed the space.

Good job!This car rental folks called me a week before my trip to confirm that I was still travelling. Then they called again two days before I travelled. And lastly the day of travelling. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the customer representative realized that the trunk was not completely clean. So she picked up the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed it herself. Personally I think that's what good customer service is all about.Nothing bad to talk about.

Not happy fiascoMy wife was looking for a rental in California and multiple tabs were open in her search.The Kayak site included "California MD". She hadn't noticed and books a fair rate. The problem was that we weren't going there! Neither Kayak, NextCar nor the actual rental car place in Lexington Park would cancel the transaction even though it was a week away.
