The vehicle was nice. Not the expected rental but it fit everything we had to make it back to Texas with.Cons:
The service picking up the vehicle could have been a lot better. Only one person working because everyone else was at lunch or “called in”. A warning before renting needs to be advertised about a major credit card is needed to rent anything over a full-size vehicle and that they do a soft credit check, needing at least a 650 to rent the vehicle. This wasn’t known until we got there. Thankfully things worked out but we had to downsize the vehicle because I don’t carry a credit card. Returning the vehicle was easy and great. It was just picking the vehicle up that made this experience so bad.2,0 Poor

I booked 3 days prior for a 12:00 pm pick-up, when we arrived at pickup time they didn’t have a car ready for us. They said they had called the night before to let us know they didn’t have a car available but we never recieved a call. Instead of giving us a car they had outside in the lot they told us to call back in three hours to see if someone had dropped one off. When we called they did have one available and it was supposedly an upgrade. They have us a Ford Focus. Yeah what an upgrade. Wont be doing business here again.9,2 Wonderful
