Yes, except it was difficult to find them. Drove around the parking lot of the hotel and didn't see their office. Finally went into the hotel lobby and was told where they were in the building.Cons:
The car I picked up had not been cleaned...it was filthy. I was told that if I could get it detailed for $20-30 that they would reimburse me for it. It just seemed unacceptable to give me a car that had not been cleaned since the last renter. Good thing I had sanitizing wipes with me that I used on all the surfaces I was using. At my initial pick-up the branch was empty, doors unlocked, no one inside, no cars in the lot. Another customer was there for a similar pick-up time. When I went inside the branch the alarm went off and the police showed up. Phone Customer Service was eventually able to schedule me for a pick-up the next day, and thankfully I didn't need the car until then, but it did waste a few hours of my day and cause a lot of frustration. The pick-up on the following day was much smoother, the reps were quick and friendly. Probably just a freak occurrence, but still annoying. Still have no idea why no one was at the first branch at the original pick-up time.10,0 Wonderful

We did a quick review of the vehicle and he showed me how all controls worked. I really liked the electronic pad used to initial and sign the agreement - very easy & efficient.Cons:
I would have liked the gas tank to be full when I picked up the van. I do not like picking up a vehicle with the tank half empty.... When I am racing to my destination on a long drive, having to stop to get gas is a dissatisfier.10,0 Wonderful
