Overall venture was alright

Pros: The friendliness of employees and them fixing problems to our satisfaction in a decent manner.

Cons: Vehicles not ready for a couple of hours for previous reservation. The quality of vehicle given to me. Having to switch vehicles in the middle of our trip.
