Booked the car online, but when I arrived to pick my car up, the staff said there were no cars available. Had to wait over an hour for a car. The car also reeked of cigarette smoke. Vincent was friendly, but the rest of the staff was unfriendly and clearly didn’t care about the customers. Would not book at this location again.10,0 Wonderful

The staff did not honor my reservation. Ruining my trip, they waited until pickup time to let me know that they had no cars available and that if a car were to become available that they would not honor my booking price.2,0 Poor

The rental location was difficult to get into and our of, there was no wayfinding--no clearly designated area for parking, or returning the vehicle. It took an extremely long time to get the car--the car wasn't ready when we arrived, despite our reservation being made at least a month in advance.8,8 Very Good
