The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested a minivan because we were moving my daughters belongings cross county. When we arrived we were told that the van had a safety issue and couldn’t be driven. They were able to accommodate us with a SUVCons:
The rental was in a KIA dealership. Apparently there had been a recall and everyone needed rental cars. It took over an hour to be checked out. The staff was overwhelmed but did a good job10,0 Wonderful
