Pickup, dropoff, and staff were all good. Van needed some alignment or frontend maintenance and was much higher mileage and the associated wear and tear than other rental cars we've had

Car was great.Agent uncharged us at her recommendation for the sun pass because she stated we would spend at least $10.00 in tolls just to get to the hotel. We spent $1.00. I feel this is seriously unethical and taking advantage of someone not knowing the area.

Quick drop offI do not remember the associate's name, but she was very helpful. We got checked out pretty quick.There should be more signs telling us what to do when dropping off the car.

The woman at pick up was not very friendly, couldn’t tell me dollar specifics because she also worked for hertz. they didn’t allow a second driver for free and wouldn’t let us switch primary because of no credit card, despite being dave ramsey approved! and the car smelled like stale cigarettes and perfume. it was gross

Lot of hidden fees and no transparency on what you paid for online vs what you pay for in person. Had more transactions after dropping off the vehicle with no warning.

I asked for a rental out of Orlando, FL Airport. When I arrived I found out that the car was in Sanford, FL 45 minutes away with no shuttle as promised. I could not get to Sanford to pick up the car and they would not honor the reservation in Orlando's Dollar Rental. It cost me $75 to pay a taxi to get me to my hotel and I never got my rental. Had to pay for a taxi the whole time I was in Florida.Could have provided a car at the right airport.

Car was clean, ready to go.Instructions on how to get into return lot. Lot was shared with Wally Park and not knowing that I had to almost touch the cross bar to get into the lot I had to swipe a credit card to get in. Manager said he canceled the charge so it should come out alright

Employee rambled on about an email we should have received about our booking and was not friendly. I requested to prepay gas and was never told the price which ended up being around $4.00/gallon. Never would have paid that but her rambling about the email and what we still owed made the situation intolerable. I will not use them again.

CHRYSLER VAN WAS NICE & ROOMY.I drove down to Enterprise the week before when i made the reservation with KAYAK to confirm they had me in the system.....and they did. When i went to pickup the van Enterprise said they cancelled the order......WHAT!!!!! Representative said they tried to reach me by phone the day before and did not get me to confirm rental........WHAT! I showed him the VMS i recieved and that I called right back and did not get a sole to answer the phone. I told the Rep that most other companies use TEXT to verify / confirm transactions. Glad I saved the VMS & Phone call times. My guess is that they rented my van to another unhappy customer? Manager came out and resolved the issue and had a van delivered from the airport to their site......I had to come back later to pickup the van. Never had much luck with Enterprise and probably will avoid using them again.......always seem shady in their dealings with me.

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and efficient. My vehicle rental was emaculant. I had to drive out further than usual to this Enterprise Car rental but the great service I received it was woth it. I give it five ☆☆☆☆☆

The final amount was different, they blocked more money than I had to pay and the end it was more expensive than the rate What I chose. Total amount was $ 543 and they took out $ 721. Then they charged another $ 186. I never knew what ‘s it for. Very bad. Next time i’ll choose another rental company

There was no car available when we went to pick up. We did not rent a car and this was a terrible inconvenience for us and our family we were visiting. We have asked for a refund of our prepayment.

Overall, not badClean car, great location (I can walk there from my house), the car was new of course so it was comfortable and the price could not be beat.There was only one thing that I didn't like about the rental and that was that it only had one car jack. Made a much more stressful ride because there was no way to plug in a GPS and movies for the kids.

Easy, Peasy!!!Very quick transaction. ....."In and Out" in short order.I completed all the paperwork online and thought I would save Some time.........NOT! It didn't, had to do or again when I got there. My rental was a Ford Focus and it had serious transmission problems and there was no washer fluild. They need to do a better.

When we booked our original reservation I had searched for something at our airport to make things easy. Once we showed up to pick up we found out that my reservation was actually at a location 40 minutes away. The airport location was able to get us into a vehicle there so we didn’t have to find a way to the other location. I’m very happy that they have a cancellation policy. The agent was decent to work with, unfortunately we ended up paying more than we had planned, but in the moment it was worth it to be able to get a vehicle right away.It would have been nice if the airport location could have matched our reservation price since it seemed to be a technical error that put our reservation at the wrong location, but it was ok. The vehicle was in decent shape, but did have scratches and scuff marks everywhere. They don’t do a walk around with you to verify what is already damaged, so I hope that once I get billed it isn’t reflecting any damage. So I think it would be good to find a way to address that during the reservation process.

NothingFlight came in a little late. No one there was answering the phone. Your office was closed. Couldn't pick up a car. Went back Sunday morning and your office never open.Went back to the airport to get a car and it cost me $200.more.They won't give me for the same price.It was a nightmare.Would never do business with you again or recommend you to anyone.
