The location of my rental was incorrect. When I got there they said all rentals were being done out of another location over 10 miles away.

This location was very hard to find. No signage outside the facility. Upon return no one available for return of vehicle. Called the number on a paper on the door. They said good to another door, find their desk and leave the key fob.

I had to go to a different location to pick up the vehicle than where I booked it. The vehicle was filthy and had very little fuel ,less than a quarter tank and no windshield washer fluid.

Upon arrival for pick up the office was closed. Someone did show up eventually, the process went smoothly after that.

Smelled like stale ashtray. The rental office I was dropped off was not staffed. Had to wait for pickup which took 15 mins. Then wasn’t told I could drop the rental at the dealership.

We do enjoy the car more when non smokers have used the car before us. Smoke seems to linger even if they do smoke outside of the car.

Dropping off at airport late, but had to search out the counter within the terminal... Had to search someone out to find that information when it could have been posted. Just 20 minutes of walking back and forth walking around, other than that the drop off went well. Pick up was smooth. Agent was helpful and courteous.

The Budget dealer was great. It is kayak that I'm rating poor. I ordered my car through kayak. When I arrived, the dealer didn't have any cars for the price kayak had quoted me. He said this happens all the time when cars are ordered through a third party. End result is I didn't get my car on the day kayak said I would. I picked it up the next day after ordering it directly through Budget.

I had a confirmed reservation, took an Uber to the budget office only to be told they don’t have any cars. The representative refused to provide a number to call budget, was extremely rude, and ultimately kicked me out of the store. Took another Uber To the airport budget office only to be told the same thing, no cars. Waited at the airport for 3 hours to finally get a car that was returned and was charged 3 times the rate of my original reservation. Never again!

I had to park off-site for my overnight rental. It would have been nice to be able to leave my car there, but I understood that it was not possible.
