Dropping off at airport late, but had to search out the counter within the terminal... Had to search someone out to find that information when it could have been posted. Just 20 minutes of walking back and forth walking around, other than that the drop off went well. Pick up was smooth. Agent was helpful and courteous.

The Budget dealer was great. It is kayak that I'm rating poor. I ordered my car through kayak. When I arrived, the dealer didn't have any cars for the price kayak had quoted me. He said this happens all the time when cars are ordered through a third party. End result is I didn't get my car on the day kayak said I would. I picked it up the next day after ordering it directly through Budget.

I had a confirmed reservation, took an Uber to the budget office only to be told they don’t have any cars. The representative refused to provide a number to call budget, was extremely rude, and ultimately kicked me out of the store. Took another Uber To the airport budget office only to be told the same thing, no cars. Waited at the airport for 3 hours to finally get a car that was returned and was charged 3 times the rate of my original reservation. Never again!

I had to park off-site for my overnight rental. It would have been nice to be able to leave my car there, but I understood that it was not possible.
