Cons: Waiting outside before picking the car up and after dropping it off seems like a poor way to do business. I understand that in these times of COVID-19, businesses have had to make changes, but being able to wait inside for a ride seems do able.

Pros: Staff was friendly, helpful and proactive. Thumbs up for this crew working at this location.Cons: I understand about not letting people go inside due to pandemic issues. But please find a way to accommodate customers while waiting outside without having to be exposed to sun and rain. There must be a better way to operate. I also fell bad for these young staff working under these poor conditions. This is purely a top management responsibility.

Pros: I had a reservation for 6pm. I called to let them know I was on my way. They said we close at 6pm. I said how was I able to make a reservation for 6pm of you close at 6pm. He said "how far are you?" I will wait, When we got there we called, no answer and the door was locked.Cons: If he was nor planning on waiting for us then he should have said that on the phone and not made us waste or time.

Pros: Car and service were great. I liked the fact that they didn't have time to pick up/drop off so they covered the cost of my uber...very nice.Cons: Back of the car was very dirty, food every where, sticky soda spills, pretty gross.

Pros: Excellent - The Enterprise representative was fantastic and extremely helpful. Would definitely use Enterprise again both for myself and my business solely as a result of his professionalism and efficiency.

Misrepresented in Kayak, so I had to upgrade and tPros: The people I talked to were great, and helped me get the upgrade car our quickly.Cons: Online in Kayak it said 4 person car, when I went to enterprise i had to upgrade so we would fit. They didnt have any car variety.

Great Car for PricePros: I was happy to find I was getting a Buick Enclave SUV. Great size & look. Patrick was friendly & the process was quick.Cons: Fuel was practically on empty & Service Engine indicator came on within a day of my rental.

Cons: The car was very smoky smelling. Every tim ewe got in it, the odor was annoying. Especially since at checkout we signed a part of the contract that said we would not smoke in the vehicle. Seems it should be presented to us without smoke smell.
