Pros: Staff was great and transaction was easy.
Cons: May be due to construction close to the Branch, pickup time is quite long, 40 minutes.
Pre Authorize deposit is usually 300/350 but they have $500 Pre Authorized amount..

Pros: Service is decent.
Cons: Windshield deductible of $100 after paying $7.99 makes no sense for one rock chip. We know they will just repair the windshield until it actually cracks. It's the first car rental that's ever hit me with an additional insurance and $100 charge thereafter for a rock chip. Overall a bad experience.
