When I arrived they did have the car I ordered. The sales rep went to the manager and asked to give me an upgrade from the back. The manager said I had to wait until a customer brought another car back? I didnt order. He said the website said they did not have to give me the car I picked out. The manager african amrrican gave a black woman a car and men who walked in I sat there and men and black woman came in and they got cars. I felt discriminated against. White woman. I booked online for a 12 PM pickup. I showed up at noon and they did not have the car. No effort to try and figure it out. Nothing but the "deer in the headlights look". I then asked if they would call the next local office. They said ok and they did with no luck. "deer in the headlights again". So I asked them to call another office and they did. Finally a car so I had to drive an extra 25 miles to pick up my car that was supposed to be a half mile from my office. Terrible initiative and poor customer service.Avis
