The location wasnt open and we ended up cancelling. I’m now out $44 for insurance on a vehicle that i couldnt get. There is no service number that leads to a human being who can give me a refund. I wont be using Kayak againCons:

Reservation was for Friday at 2:00pm. Plans changed and I called Friday morning and told them we would not need it Friday but we still needed it Saturday. They said, "Fine, no problem, see you Saturday". Called Saturday at 1:30 to let them know we would be there by 2:30. No one answered, finally called Enterprise's 800 number, a bit concerned no one was answering, and they told me that location closed at noon. Had to re-book with Alamo at a higher rate. When I rescheduled to a Saturday pick up they should have told me that they closed at noon, especially since I had a 2:00pm pickup time.2,0 Poor
