The branch was closed due to covid. I had booked weeks ago and still to this day, kayak, enterprise and pricelines websites all say this branch is open. I ubered to this branch, it was closed and proceline said all they could do for me was cancel my reservatuon which meant i was still left without a rental car. I had to quickly uber to a further enterprise to get a car costing me a couple of hours and $30 in u planned ubers.4,8 Mediocre

Pros:
I had a hard time finding rental car that I could rent from LA and drop-off at LAX. When I asked Andrew if they offered any shuttle to go to the airport, he immediately offered for a free return at LAX! However, on my drop-off day, the agent at the airport charged me extra $50. The next day Andrew found out about it and waived the fee for me before I called. 5-star for him!9,2 Wonderful
