The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere. The young man who helped us on the pick up day actually didn’t have what we wanted in stock and gave us a nicer vehicle at the same price. Thanks Enterprise team!10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Staff was extremely well organized and had a great attitude. I enjoyed the car I drove, a Kia Optima, and it was immaculate. Check it and check out were both very quick and easy. Good value (about $60 for a mid-range car for 24 hrs, not including insurance). Would absolutely deal with Avis again.Cons:

The car was very dirty!!! I wanted to add 3 more hours to my rent and they wanted for it more $ that cost my whole rent- crazy! Drop off not comfortable that you need to go to them with mileage and not like all other places some one come to you to take the keys and check the car.10,0 Wonderful
