Staff was extremely well organized and had a great attitude. I enjoyed the car I drove, a Kia Optima, and it was immaculate. Check it and check out were both very quick and easy. Good value (about $60 for a mid-range car for 24 hrs, not including insurance). Would absolutely deal with Avis again.Not much. I was very satisfied both with Kayak and Avis.

Very friendly Staff. No Upselling. Quick pickup and drop off process. Car was clean and ready to go.Would prefer a full tank of gas instead of half tank.

The car smelled of cigarettes smoke even though it was a no smoking car. We had a tire blow out on the highway and road side assistance was impossible to get a hold of. One time I was on hold for 1.5 hours before getting dropped. Thanks to a Good Samaritan we were able to get to an airport where we exchanged the car.

The Staff allowed to pick up earlyThere needs more attention to details on cleaning the rental, today's issues with Covid-19. There a great need for the cleanness of the rental, windshield, dash. also, this rental was not the best in comfort.

I like only the girl that was working in mason, pick up LocationThe car was very dirty!!! I wanted to add 3 more hours to my rent and they wanted for it more $ that cost my whole rent- crazy! Drop off not comfortable that you need to go to them with mileage and not like all other places some one come to you to take the keys and check the car.

Great rental serviceBudget representative was really good. Explained everything i needed to know. I was stuck in traffick coming home and arrived 45 minutes late and i was not penalized. Just really great service.cannot think of anything.
