Staff was great at pick up. Vehicle was small an uncomfortable. Biggest problem is they are trying to bill me for more than 2x the rate I was quoted. I booked through Kayak, reservation confirmation came from Priceline, price was honored when I picked up the car and now they are trying to gouge me for a much higher fee. Seems super shady to me. I'm currently disputing the charge and they say it needs to be reviewed and will take 5-7 days. I'm very irritated about it. I only had the car 4 days and they are trying to charge more than $1200.Cons:

The light to the menu for music, maps, phone, media etc Burned out when I was still 6 1/2 hours away from home. Without a light I had no back up camera nor could I see who was calling unless I took my eyes off the road and looked at my phone. I did not know where the Spotify was playing or iTunes unless I looked at my phone and I had to find my own way home from San Antonio by looking at my phone because I couldn’t look at the car screen8,0 Very Good
