Because of some new policy they just instated I was forced to take a $350 Uber ride 4hrs because my Business Card did not have my name on it and they couldn't verify I worked for the company that made the reservation. What a joke, I was wearing a damn company shirt with 9k worth of product with the company logo plastered all over 60 boxes. I will advise my company (who rents 4-6 vehicles every weekend) to rent elsewhere.Dollar

Without a light I had no back up camera nor could I see who was calling unless I took my eyes off the road and looked at my phone.
