It was nice that they offered a free bottled water.Cons:
I rent with Enterprise all the time in Chicago, and I always waive the insurance because I have coverage with my credit card. That's always been fine, and unquestioned. Here they made me wait while they called my credit card company to confirm the coverage. All other times I've rented from Enterprise they have provided a toll transponder. I had left the lot before I noticed one was not provided. The inconsistency is frustrating, and given that there was a toll a very short distance from the lot it would seem to be a reasonable thing to warn renters of.Budget

Car was not clean and had damage on exterior of car. Kind of embarrassing to drive. Made us walk through their garage in the cold dragging baggage with a baby rather than bringing car to us.10,0 Wonderful

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never finalized the rental. I hate their policy. I hate I paid ahead of time. I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY FULL REFUND. I left there HIGHLY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NO CAR......... The staff were not professional, and the place was dirty inside.Cons:
Their policy NEEDS a lot of improvement. The process was a long, drawn out ridiculous MESS!!!!! I felt like I was being FORCED to add collision to my insurance policy, just to rent a vehicle. I have Liability on my personal vehicle. I was NOT gonna pay more money, just to rent a vehicle for the weekend.
