Pros:

Staff was very clear about directions with the car use and drop off, pick up and drop off were easy.

Cons:

This Enterprise seemed understaffed both at pickup and drop off, phones ringing and people waiting in line. The staff were efficient but I think they could use more people on the floor to help customers more quickly.

The car was def not cleaned on the outside, the inside was mostly clean but a few spots could be seen.

The staff at the longview location was great. Very nice.

Cons:

The longview location is dirty and off putting. Will never rent from there again. The car itself was just ok. We used it for a cross country road trip and it was pretty uncomfortable. We found a precious passengers lease agreement in the glove box, so not a very thorough clean. The fees that Hertz charges is absurd. I typically use Enterprise but Hertz was cheaper for this specific trip. Won’t make that mistake again. Too many hidden fees. $6.95 per toll fee on top of the toll itself....Enterprise charges no extra fee. $9.99 per gallon for gas is absurd. Enterprise something like $3 per gallon. Get it together, Hertz.
