For the size I reserved I was expecting something larger than I received. I reserved a standard suv. I was expecting something the size of a Ford Edge as was described online. Upon arrival I was given a Jeep Compass. Which the newer model is larger than past models but it is still far from a Ford Edge or something of similar size. It may also fall on me for not saying something in the moment but we were in a bit of a hurry to get on the road. This is more of an issue with enterprise and not kayak though.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were flexible on my car of choice as well since they did not have the size I ordered on the lot. The vehicle was in good repair and clean as well.

Car was great, employees were friendly and good at their job.Their weekend hours are really SHORT...and they are short of staff. They will gladly give you a ride home, but it only leaves one person at the desk..which results in lines.

Great car and a great pricePick-up was a nightmare... No cars were ready. I waited 45 minutes while one of the employees drove around town to pick up a car from either another location or an oil change. Was promised compensation in the form a credit. They took my information but have received nothing.

Very easy and straight forward pricing.The insurance was a little confusing. The coverage I bought from the site was through a third party company. Hertz didn't show I had purchased insurance. In the future I would just buy from hertz.
