No. The guy name Tony was awful. I have a case going against Avis I called their customer service because they lied to me I made a reservation I receive text messages and my car was available and that guy Tony told me that they didn't have any cars I arrived 8 a.m. of the day a picking up my car per his request and make sure I'd have a car I got there before the location open up we open he told me he didn't have any cars and call me later on that day that he didn't have any although I had a reservation and I receive text messages at the car was available for me to pick up at his location. I'm in process of filing discrimination charges against that location which was not Lilburn my reservation got transferred to Tucker location reason being I have problems with the attitude of the representatives at the Lilburn location and I had also called about themCons:

The owner was very rude and arrogant. I have him recorded on video saying he works for himself, he said his office is not hertz. I was shown the car I would be getting on the app,on the day I was picking up I was given a different car with no apologies,he arrogantly told me that I should pick the car available or forget about it. He was also rude to the lady behind me with her kids. I have a video of the interaction I had with him. So if my booking was not hertz,who or what company rented the car to me? He didn’t know I paid for insurance and liability,he was asking if I wanted to buy insurance and liability, I told him I already bought it on hertz website. The location is not befitting for a hertz,it wasn’t what I was expecting or envisaged my first experience with hertz would turn out.2,0 Poor

Staff was completely useless. I got there and they didn’t have the truck I reserved; they did nothing to accommodate my situation. I was left stranded with no options. They made no calls to other locations, they literally did nothing. This is the second time Hertz has done something like this. I strongly recommend Enterprise for your rental.Cons:
