I missed my scheduled meeting because of you guys. After I drove 30 miles, I see the maintenance required sign. I had to drive from Columbus(OH) to Providence(RI). Called the customer, to report and they said another car will be ready at Cleveland airport. But they refused for an exchange. After wasting 2-3 hours - explaining about the situation, I had to reserve another car at Cleveland and take it from there on .7,2 Good

The customer service rep was really professional, nice, and helpful. The car that I received was as expected and the process for pick-up/drop-off went very smoothly. And again, the Hertz rep was extremely helpful.Cons:
The Hertz Car Rental company is inside of the Byer Toyota Sales & Service Building. There was no indication that let us know that it was in with Byers so we circled the building and finally called to see where in the world they were. Once we arrived at the car dealership, there is no sign to indicate that the Hertz counter is inside the car dealership. Once you go inside, there is no sign except for a super small sign that is not at eye level or easy to see. What could be better? A description in the instructions/receipt/confirmation/any where that the Hertz counter is INSIDE of the Byers Toyota car dealership. And a sign on the building to let you know it's in there too. It's the only reason, I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5. It's an easy solution to 5 star ratings.8,4 Very Good

I did not receive the rental. When I picked the rental through your website, I know it was for unlimited mileage. I would not of chose it otherwise. When I went to rent they wanted to charge .30 per mile. Rude and obnoxious people. Wasnt even at pickup location.Cons:

Cons:
My reservation time was 3pm for a mini van. I did not get my SUV until 5:30pm. Apparently reservation means nothing to Avis I not only got the wrong kind of vehicle I got it 2 1/2 hrs late! As for Kayak the contract was not very clear on the LIMITED millage and apparently do not really partner with Avis on the insurance, which is also not clear when booking!10,0 Wonderful
