When choosing our car, it said it was able to accommodate 6 people and 3 luggages, but it was too small for that. We wouldn't have been able to leave the airport with our family and all our luggages if my dad hadn't come with a second car to help.

The Toyota Highlander is all we could ask for. A little more transparency about the administrative fee for tolls if you didn't get the plate pass would have been appreciated.

i was in and out in less than 4 minutes, all the other car rental agencies at the airport had long slow lines, in the past i have spent up to an hour checking out with other rental car companies, once i rented a car from ALAMO and i was 45 minutes early and the person said i had to wait until the exact time i was scheduled to pick it up, needless to say i have never used alamo again, in the future i will use thrifty because of the great service i received

Staff was fine. Speed of getting vehicleThe "or closer model" was a total lie. The suv we ended up with was no where near the original description of a land rover discovery. We had no room for luggage and my family. Very disappoiting. Will not be using this service again. Chris sarkis

I dropped a car off at a smaller type airport. Got to TSA and realized I still had the keys. I was split between missing my flight or going back to hand them the keys. My airline's customer service offered to hold the keys at their desk. I treid to get a hold of them, but all the phone numbers went to overseas call centers and they couldn't figure out how to contact the local branch. I noticed I had a email invoice 15 minutes after a dropped the car of for a $450 charge for the key! Bad experience, but they didn't even car about recouping their key, just charge me a ton and move on.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Did not have the car I booked. Argumentative employee. Gave wrong directions to find the car. Car was scratched, damaged, locks didn’t work and made knocking noise while we drove. Very under staffed at droop office. Parking lot was filthy.Everything.
