Not sure what features were available in Jeep model. - We were 7000+ feet on climb which our SUV handled well. When it came to steep decline (coming down the mountain), the button to turn on decline going 5 mph feature was disabled. My concern on steep decline from 7000+ feet was a concern if I would burn the braking system. Not sure if this is a feature that needs to be purchased, but at the same time there was a risk. Overall: Great SUV and would recommend to others.10,0 Wonderful

Pick up took an hour. Staff member was kind but very slow and easily distracted and then we had to wait for car to be fully cleaned. After renting I called to try to adjust reservation and was told it couldn’t be adjusted at all so I had to change plans even though hertz states it can be changed.8,0 Very Good
