Staff called to confirm reservation ahead of time, and were quick and easy to work with. I got more car than I paid for (likely because of the current shortage happening in rentals) without any hassle or up-charges.Cons:
Their service department needs to do a better job of checking vehicle settings before returning cars to service. I had a "low tire pressure" light come on about 100miles into travel, and stayed on my whole trip even though there was nothing wrong with tire pressure (checked and confirmed multiple times). It caused a bit of a headache to constantly see that indicator light on.Hertz

I dropped off my car on a Sunday and the office was closed. I had been told to park in any of the open numbered stalls, but when I arrived the lot was full of cars that had probably also been dropped off during closed hours. It seems like they need a bigger lot if there are going to be so many cars, it was not easy to navigate, especially in the dark.5,6 Fair

The manager, was not friendly, asked him if he need the insurance that I paid for, he said no didnt need to see it, didnt take me to the rental, pointed at it in the parking lot, and said thats it, didnt come out and do a walk around, for scratches or dings. suv had a very small fuel tank.Cons:
the service, could of given me alittle bigger SUV, seens I was driving to flordia. couldnt write up, for me to get the suv a day earlier, so had to call the corporate office to get that done, they didnt understand why he couldnt of done either. nothing to write the time, date, milelage down.Avis
