Everything went well; there was a bit of a wait to pick up the car but she was very friendly and courteous. Drop off was fast and easy.Cons:

Cons:
Being made to pick up the vehicle at a time when that particular rental office was closed - having to rebook through Enterprize for another location (in town) at the airport and being charged a new fee ($5 per day facility fee) and then returning the vehicle two and a half days early and getting charged almost the same original fee. What a dissappointment!9,2 Wonderful

None of workers in Lake Charles and only a few in Houston (man taking car at drop-off put his head inside the car with me inside!) were wearing masks. There were no distancing measures in Lake Charles. I felt very uncomfortable. The car AC was not functioning (very low, if little output).8,8 Very Good
