Pros:
The car was full with fuel and ready to go. The vehicle had a collision avoidance system which was helpful in an unfamiliar car.Cons:
The car had scratches and marks on every panel including dints on the roof. The vehicle interior was dirty with large stains on both front seats and the rear seat. The vehicle did not have cruise control or gps (a luxury but still would have helped). Insurance was confusing (booked two types).AL Thuraya Car Rental

Pros:
Positive attitute of the young lady of the TIberias' office.Cons:
1) Tiberias' office was not aware of my booking. 2) I had to wait 1 hour for a car to be "ready". 3) The car I received was not clean, at all. 4) At the moment of the booking, no mention of the 27 USD fee for car dropoff at TLV airport. This more than doubled the base rate of 17 USD (very low indeed). Not to mention this at the moment of booking is indeed a very dishonest practice !!Car hire locations in or near Irbid
