The staff was friendly, efficient, and did not try to pressure me to purchase services I did not want or need. His instructions for finding the car wete good.Cons:
Bevause of Covid19 thete were few customers and many cars in the return area. The signage told me to park in an area already filled, the signs should have been moved. However the one employee in the return area was very busy with many things to accomplish. I got it figured out fine.6,4 Okay

Pick up took longer than expected, as the computer systems (or the person behind the desk) seemed to have issues on getting the reservation uploaded. Drop off could have been better, then person at the counter seemed to asked the same questions twice, so not sure he was paying attention.6,0 Okay

They called me at 8 am stating that they had no cars available and that every single location in Grand Rapids also had no cars availableCons:

Cons:
When I arrived at the Grand Rapids airport from my flight I was told that the vehicle was not available at the airport location. I was told that the car and rate was for a distant location in the Grand Rapids region. I was up-charged an additional about $100 for a two day compact rental because Enterprise would not honor the online price from Kayak. I felt that this was a "bait and switch" tactic by Enterprise and exploited the consumer.8,0 Very Good

Great customer service and quick rental process. I got an upgrade and didn't even have to ask for it. They also did a price match and reduction for the second week when I showed them a lower rate online.Cons:
More open hours at the rental site. They open at 8:00am. I had to be to work at 8:00am and they close at 12:00 noon on Saturdayvsnd are not open on Sunday.Hertz

Absolutely not when we got there they didn't have a reservation and they only had a Chevy spark instead of a Chevy Malibu and they were very unfriendly told me that the spark was reserved for somebody else and I could not take it one way. I had to argue with them that we needed the car we had reserved the car and we had no other optionCons:
