The car was dirty on the outside for the hundred sixty miles i must’ve smoked a carton of cigarettes how could you lease a car to someone who doesn’t smoke i totally don’t get it why?????!

They called me at 8 am stating that they had no cars available and that every single location in Grand Rapids also had no cars available

Cons:

I appreciate the call but I’m confused as to why their website said they had cars available if they didn’t.

The rental car was terrible. It was the dirtiest rental I’ve ever had. There were scratches and dents all over from previous renters. The radio didn’t work. The car should be removed from the rental lineup. I’d like a full refund.

The vehicle was great however when I arrived after I had previously reserved a vehicle I was told they didn’t have any vehicles outside a pickup truck and 12 passenger van. I then waited about 45-60 minutes until a returned vehicle was ready. The vehicle was comfortable however it smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it. Overall it was a very average rental experience.

If they are going to give you an EV instead of what it said on the reservation, they need to give instructions. Finding charging stations was difficult and cost us money and time. Not happy at all!

Pros:

Absolutely not when we got there they didn't have a reservation and they only had a Chevy spark instead of a Chevy Malibu and they were very unfriendly told me that the spark was reserved for somebody else and I could not take it one way. I had to argue with them that we needed the car we had reserved the car and we had no other option

Cons:

Everything could have been better. The people the car and they charged us the same amount for this tiny little car to drive 10 hours 1 way
