I was overcharged when received bill and enterprise said it was not processed properly at drop off location in west palm beach. They sent message to west palm location but still not resolved.3,5 Poor

nothing one of my worst dealingsi in renting a car.Cons:
the Enterprise bus dropped us of at the wrong location.they offered no help and would not take us to the other location and told us to take a taxi, got there and waited an hour while they washed a car that i did not want but had to take and not a drop of gas in the car,told us we could change the car if un happy with it.tried to return it after one week and they said they would not do it,2,0 Poor

Was disappointed made the reservation in September for a December vacation went 2 days in a row no cars they didn't call. They potentially could of ruined my vacation if I didn't have my brother their to lend me his Car!! Not good!!!2,0 Poor
