Could not use the vehicle for what we wanted to as when we folded down the seats there was a bunch of garbage and what appeared to be vomit.5,6 Fair

The car was fine.Cons:
We waited 50 minutes for the employee to arrive. He stated he overslept and offered no apologies. With a 12 hour drive ahead of us we were especially annoyed. Upon return, I waited an hour to drop off. Never saw anyone. Eventually left the keys on the desk and left. Later, I started to wonder if that was an okay choice. I called Hertz corporate and was told that office wasn't open on Saturday. I was never informed of that when I rented the car. Also, the door was open! Not a great impression of this company.2,0 Poor

When we arrived the car company wasn't open or available so we had to rent another car from AVIS. Car should not have been advertised with being so remote to airport and limited hours of operation. We asked Hertz for a refund and they never got back to us. Very disappointed in customer service and offering.6,4 Okay

Never got instructions on how to use the vehicle at all, including how to start it, which oddly needed the brake pedal pushed! And it took almost an hour to get the computer work set up, which made us late for heading out on a trip. The actual car was great though.2,0 Poor
