I rented a car and went to the wrong location. The rep Leigh said no problem he could adjust the reservation and still gave me a car. I told him I might need it for a longer period of time and he said okay just give me a call personally and I will get that taken care of for you. Antenna was unscrewed and couldn't find for 4 days. Oil change wasn't done 1000 miles prior to me renting and still not done even after I turned in car because check engine light went on. Said car wasn't damaged when it was.4,0 Mediocre
