The pick up Car was filthy, carpet was filled with dog hair. There was food and drink inside the doors and cup holders animal cookies all over. Car smelled of cigarettes. Had the car for 2 weeks couldn’t get rid of the the smell. I had to thoroughly clean and vacuum the car before I’d put my family in it.9,2 Wonderful

I go to pick up my rental SUV that I had reserved for two weeks. I made a adjustment to it the friday before to pick it up Tuesday morning at 7:30 am instead on Monday at 530pm. The kid that modified my reservation I believe his name was Ian from Enterprize in Morganton on hey 64 he told me I was set that it has changed told me my total and i went on way excited for my upcoming vacation. I go in to get my rental Tuesday morning and ready to hit the road with my children for Mrytle Beach they tell me they dont have me nothing that I was suppose to come in yesterday. I explained that I modified it and the guy said there was nothing he could do and try to make it sounds like it was fault. The manager was very rude about it and put blame on me. I had to call enterprize and frantically find another rental no one could help me. Long story short I finally found a Van from Ecomomy Car rental for double my rate I had reserved from Enterproze. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again. Oh yea we finally got on the road for the beach at noon 4.5 hours later and 175 bucks more cost. Thanks Enterprize.10,0 Wonderful

I was in to pick up a vacation rental and it took all of 5 minutes to get set up.Cons:
The only issues I had was that my rental had some superficial scratches on it....most people wouldn't probably notice though. I'm ocd with cars. The lady helping me documented everything for my peace of mind.10,0 Wonderful

rented car on Fri. morning at 10am and was suppose to return at 5pm the same day. ran late on the road and didn't get it turned in till 6:15pm the same day. I was charged another day. I paid $260.00 for one day rental of a small compact. Left Spartanburg, SC to Myrtle Beach,SC. Could have flew cheaper than that. Won't use Budget or Kayak again!!!2,0 Poor
