The staff was friendly. They didn't have what I requested so I got a free upgrade. Return was seamless and quick.Cons:
The pick-up explanation felt a bit rushed. He was throwing a lot of add-ons and numbers at me and I didn't really get a chance to process everything. The insurance I bought before pick-up was not through Enterprise. Theirs is different. That needs to made more clear.2,0 Poor

Cons:
The check oil light came on in the very expensive premium SUV I rented. I had to exit and stop at a gas station to check the oil. The oil was not even touching the full tube. It took two quarts of oil at $10 to make it right. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. I thought Enterprise would simply reimburse me the $20 and make it right - they didn’t! A very pretty move... We were told by the represent that the only the store manager could make that call and he would call us to discuss. They never did. Terrible customer service a real shame to lose a customer over $20...Hertz
