Enterprise always has great customer service and they make pick-up and return fast and easy. They are my preferred car rental agency.Cons:

Forgot transponder (which I prepaid for) making tollgates a challenge. Car quality (Ford ESport) was small and less than expected for “mid-size SUV.” Car shocks were poor, but got us to Chicago without other technical issues.Hertz

the car was disgusting inside. it was clearly not cleaned (but the "this car has been cleaned" paper was placed inside) and it smelled. It still had someone's dirty mask in the backseat, dust/soot everywhere and dried snot on the dash/door.9,2 Wonderful

It feels unbelievably expensive. I understand it's a one-way trip, but the fees are outrageous. I'm glad upgrading in person was cheaper than online.8,8 Very Good
